Georgia Tech Procurement Technical Assistance Center (GTPAC) will conduct a free "Selling to the Government" seminar on August 15, 2014, from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the Georgia Tech Campus in Savannah, 210 Technology Circle, room 227.
If you attended "Introduction to Government Contracting" and are ready for more advanced procurement information, you should attend "Selling to the Government". If you have not attended "Introduction to Government Contracting" and just want to learn about selling to the government, this seminar is also for you. The presentation will cover procurement methods, preferential contracting programs, how to market, how to locate contracting and subcontracting opportunities, credit card purchases, the important role of small business specialists, the differences in service and supply contracting, government terminology and much more.
