The Toombs County Development Authority Board Members 2018 are Chair - Harry Moses, Vice Chair - Donnie Alderman, Reid Threlkeld - Secretary, Mike McKinley - Assistant Secretary, Sam Polk - Treasurer, Trent Williams - Assistant Treasurer and Chris Hopkins - Member.
Two new members were recently appointed to the Authority by the Board of Commissioners of Toombs County. Reid Threlkeld was appointed for a five-year term in a City of Vidalia position. Chris Hopkins was appointed for a five-year term to fill a County position that was vacated by retiring member Tommy Rollins. The Toombs County Development Authority extends its best wishes and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rollins for his dedicated service as a second term member from 2013 until 2011.
